Jennifer Smith

At Law Offices of Miller Vail, P. A., Jennifer L. Smith services as the Senior Paralegal and Office Manager. Jennifer is a life-long resident of the secluded golfing/water resort community of Heber Springs, Arkansas.

 

She graduated from Heber Springs High School and attended the University of Arkansas, at Fayetteville for her undergraduate studies.

 

Jennifer's responsibilities with the firm include office management, staff supervision, attorney/client liason and firm marketing. Jennifer's case management focus is domestic relations, specifically uncontested divorces. However, her case load varies to include matters involving personal injury, complex criminal defense and constitutional rights litigation.
