Summer Purifoy

At Law Offices of Miller Vail, P. A., Summer M. Purifoy serves as the Complex Litigation Case Coordinator and Client Liaison. Summer received her Associate of Applied Sciences, Paralegal Degree from the University of Arkansas, Fort Smith. She often vacationed to the secluded golfing/water resort community of Heber Springs, Arkansas before moving there in 2011.

 

Summer's responsibilities with the firm include coordination surveillance schedules of our private investigators, background searches, coordinating subpoenas, reviewing medical records, analyzing discovery materials, and complex trial preparation. Summer works one-on-one with our complex litigation clients to ensure proper case progression and trial preparation. She also coordinates/executes the firm's broadcast marketing strategy.
